Benalmádena Coast is a family sun and beach destination, with more than 300 days of sun each year, with tourist areas, a great culinary offer and the recently renovated Puerto Marina where you will find different settings: shopping area, the leisure port and a plethora of pubs and nightclubs where you can go out for drinks and dancing.
At a height of 33 metres, the Stupa is the largest Buddhist temple in the West, built for the peace, prosperity and harmony of the world. It features an interior space that is open to the public, which is for meditation, exhibitions linked to the Tibetan culture and, thanks to its location on top of a hill, it offers a breathtaking view of the Costa del Sol.
The area which is home to most of Benalmadena’s native population, situated between the coast and town, with a plethora of shops, services, traditional gastronomy. It is where we will find the famous “Parque de la Paloma” park which has animals moving freely and is a great place to walk and relax. It is also home to Playa Los Melilleros, a beach with a Blue Flag and certified with the “Q” for Tourist Quality.
Fuengirola, situated 8km from the hotel, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, a long seafront promenade with bars and restaurants and a cycle lane to travel around the town. You will find a good offer of water activities, outdoor markets and a leisure port.
From Benalmadena to Torremolinos, along the Costa del Sol seafront promenade, a very pleasant and comfortable walk, where you will find shops, ice cream parlours and cafés by the beach.
The castle was built in 1984, in honour of Christopher Columbus, and it is said to house the smallest chapel in the world. Right on the top of the hill, we can find Santo Domingo church, which offers fantastic views of the whole of the Costa del Sol.
An interactive aquarium which invites us to travel through the marine world and enjoy the colourful fish, fascinating seahorses, enigmatic morays, the apathy of the sea turtles, the scary sharks and adorable otters. A perfect plan to enjoy as a family, with an activities area, café with sea views and the option of diving.
